Luxembourg has signed the European Co-production Convention and has specific co-production treaties with several countries such as Canada (and a specific one with Québec), France, Austria, Portugal and is in negotiation with Switzerland, Ireland, etc.
If you have an international film or television production, you can find complete crews in Luxembourg. People are well-trained, with extensive experience as most of them have worked on almost all of the 300 international productions made so far in the Grand-Duchy.
As far as locations are concerned, we do not have oceans nor high mountains in Luxembourg, but our country does offer an unusual variety of landscapes: forests, valleys, hills, rivers, castles, etc. The countryside is beautiful and looks like a mix of France, Germany and Switzerland.
If you have a 2D or 3D animation production, everything can now be done in or through Luxembourg (backgrounds, ink & paint, animation, CGI, post-production, transfer to film, etc.).
